If you visit popular video related sites such as YouTube,
DailyMotion, Google Videos and more, and if you ever wished you could
download and save a video from one of those sites to your own computer (as
many of these sites don't have a "save" or "download video" option on their
sites for the videos), then you're now in luck.
With the free-to-install DownloadHelper FireFox Add-On, you can now grab and
save all types of videos with ease.
To download and install the FireFox DownloadHelper
Add-On into your FireFox Browser, Click Here!
From that page, click on the "Add to Firefox" button, then when the dialog
box appears, click on the "Install Now" button.
Once, the button is clicked and the DownloadHelper add-on is installed,
close all Firefox windows and restart the browser. To get the DownloadHelper
icon, you may need to drag it from the menu View/Toolbars/Customize to your
toolbar.
DownloadHelper also has a feature that will allow you to convert the
downloaded video into a different file format, such as "avi" or "mpeg".
Otherwise by default, a lot of these video related sites site as YouTube
generally have the video in a "flv", (flash video) file format.

video file converting feature of DownloadHelper, click here.
